Originally hailing from Durban, South Africa. Chef Paul has honed his incredible culinary skills across the world from Michelin Stared Restaurants in Europe to earning a chefs hat in Brisbane.


With Telephone call from the Middle East, Paul shares his love of all things Middle Eastern. Through the exuberant use of spices & the reckless abundance of flavour, Paul marries locally sourced produce with exotic imported spices to take you on a journey through the Middle East.
